Karma, Happy Points, 4 New Groups, and New Layout Colors

The old Reputation or "Karma" system has been removed due to the fact that it was not very effective and did not always work.

The "Seniority" system has been renamed and is now Karma, while the old Karma system is now being called "Happy Points", for lack of a better name. Thanks to Jes for that one.

Happy points will no longer be available, but Karma points will still be recieved.

20 Karma points have been given to the GMH group, led by StarCraftKiller, and 30 have been given to the BSH group, led by Jes.

These two groups originate from the contact points of nearly half our members (5 out of 13). Joining WILL be limited, sorry, but these groups are simply on a test run. I highly doubt they will be permanent.

The other two groups are TILO, which is open to all members and led by me, and ToA, which is open to those interested and run by RoXion.

Also, our colors have changes! The color form started working properly, and I edited quite a few of them. Just an FYI.
